Alwyn Digital is an advertising and lead generation agency based in Saskatchewan, Canada. We help home service contractors generate and manage leads through digital advertising.

2. What Information We Collect

When someone submits a form or contacts one of our contractor clients, we collect:

• First name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Service requested
• Preferred timing
• How they heard about the contractor

We collect this information only when it is voluntarily provided.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Connect you with the contractor you reached out to
• Send follow-up messages about your service request via SMS
• Help the contractor get back to you as quickly as possible

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for any purpose other than connecting you with the contractor you contacted.

4. SMS Communications and CASL Compliance

By submitting a form or requesting a quote from one of our contractor clients, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your service request.

If you call the business number of one of our contractor clients and the call is not answered, a text message may be sent to the number you called from. It asks what you need help with and tells you how to opt out.

If you request a Booked Job Recovery Pack on www.alwyn.ca, Alwyn Digital may call or text the phone number you provide about your Recovery Pack and related follow-up.

Every SMS message we send includes instructions on how to opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. We will immediately honor all opt out requests.

We comply fully with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send messages to people who have expressly consented to receive them.

5. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Advertising

We run advertising campaigns on Meta platforms on behalf of our contractor clients. If you submit a lead form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, your information is handled in accordance with this privacy policy and Meta's own privacy policy.

The home page, the Recovery Pack page and the Saskatoon page of www.alwyn.ca use the Meta pixel, a piece of code from Meta. It tells Meta when one of those pages is opened and when the Recovery Pack form is sent, so we can measure our Meta ads.

When you send the Recovery Pack form, the page also sends the Meta browser and ad click identifiers your browser holds, if any, with your request. If you came from a Meta ad, we may later send Meta those identifiers, together with your phone number and first name in hashed (scrambled) form, to measure our Meta ads.

6. How We Store Your Information

Your information is stored securely. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill your service request and comply with legal obligations.

We use industry standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

As a Canadian resident, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Request deletion of your information

8. Contractor Clients

Alwyn Digital operates on behalf of independent contractor businesses. Each contractor is responsible for their own business practices. Alwyn Digital manages the technology and advertising on their behalf.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
